I am called in when ready-made thinking falls short, and it becomes necessary to return to what is singular, to what is true, and to what matters.
I work with people and organisations facing complex situations, periods of transition, or moments when things have stalled. When moving forward requires taking the time to think more deeply, in order to return to what matters most.
I work to clarify what is at stake, bring blind spots into view, and identify alternatives so that more accurate ways forward can emerge.
I step in when it becomes necessary to structure or sharpen a position, prepare for a speaking engagement or tailored media training, face a sensitive context, or find a way out of an impasse. The need may also be more inward: to recover momentum, balance or discernment.
I work as closely as possible to people and situations, through presence, attention and the quality of the conversation. Each engagement is shaped to the situation. It draws on the art of narrative, maieutics, and a nuanced understanding of environments shaped by several cultures, as well as situations marked by multiple layers of complexity.
My path has given me a strong capacity for analysis and attentive listening, along with a particular sensitivity to faint signals. I open a confidential space for reflection, where lines of force appear and thought can move freely. This rigour, combined with creativity, allows new paths to be explored without losing sight of what matters.
I work in particular with:
- creators, authors, professionals and leaders who want to untangle a situation, a trajectory, a voice or a project;
- people with little time because they have much to carry, and who are looking for a direct, high-quality exchange;
- organisations or projects facing questions of voice, development or repositioning;
- situations where a clear understanding of an intercultural or geopolitical environment becomes a decisive asset.
